MKS Consultancy B.V., established at Delftse Poort, Weena 505, 3013 AL Rotterdam, The Netherlands, is the controller of the personal data processed via this website. You can reach us via the contact form.
2. What we collect
We process personal data you provide directly to us:
- Identification data — name, company, job title.
- Contact data — email address, phone number where shared.
- The content of any message you send us via the contact form or by email.
- For candidates: your CV and career history, shared with your explicit consent.
3. Why we process it
- To respond to your enquiry (legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest).
- To assess fit for a specific mandate where you have shared your profile (consent).
- To comply with legal obligations, such as record-keeping requirements.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from last contact. Candidate profiles are kept for as long as you wish to remain in our network, and deleted on request.
5. Cookies
This site uses only strictly necessary cookies required for the site to function and to remember your language preference. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. No consent banner is required for strictly necessary cookies under the ePrivacy Directive and the Dutch Telecommunicatiewet.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Candidate profiles are shared with a client only after an explicit briefing and with your prior consent. We use trusted processors for hosting and email delivery, all bound by data processing agreements.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR (AVG) you have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict our processing of your data, and to object or request data portability. To exercise any of these rights, reach out via the contact form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
