Marina Slinkman is the founder of MKS Consultancy and an experienced international executive search and talent leader.
With over 20 years of experience across Europe and global organizations, she has operated within private equity-backed and publicly listed environments, including BME (Blackstone portfolio), CRH, VEON, IDEXX Laboratories, and OMRON Healthcare.
Her background combines building and leading European Talent Acquisition functions, supporting HR due diligence and integration during M&A, and partnering closely with senior leadership teams across multiple countries. She has worked across eight European markets and within complex, multi-entity structures.
Born in Vietnam and raised in the Netherlands, Marina developed an early sensitivity to cultural nuance and perspective. This cross-cultural foundation supports her work in international environments where alignment between headquarters and local markets is essential.
Today, she combines in-house executive hiring experience with founder-led executive search, focusing on senior leadership appointments in transformation-driven contexts.
